Tally Ho Vacations is a growing group tour operator in Citrus County that plans travel tours for the senior leisure market. Tally Ho Vacations key clients represent thousands of Florida seniors.  The southern states comprise about 80% of our multi-day destinations.   Ed Lattin Jr., owner of Educational Tours purchased Tally Ho Vacations in June, 2000.  Tally Ho Vacations operates over 100 tours annually.  Tally Ho Vacations is licensed as a seller of travel in Florida, Reg. # 10131, and is a member of NTA, CLIA and IATA.

Ed Lattin, Jr. originally founded Educational Tours in 1984, and has been planning and operating Student travel for over 20 years.  Mr. Lattin was a History teacher at Citrus High School, and started planning his own tours.  That blossomed into helping other instructors plan tours during his own time.  The demand grew so large, that Ed decided he would like to do this full time.  Then in June 2000, Ed purchased Tally Ho Vacations and added adult tours and travel to his business offerings.  Ed ’s companies employ over a dozen people that send out hundreds of student and adult tours each year.

Pat Muller was recruited by Tally Ho Vacations when Ed Lattin purchased the company in June 2000. Pat has over 18 years experience in the travel business, including seven years with Crown Travel of Inverness, Florida and over five years at a New Jersey travel agency. Pat is an Accredited Cruise Counselor through CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and is a Five-Star agent with Holland America Cruise Lines. Pat is extremely astute in her role with the company and also handles International tours for Tally Ho Vacations groups and clients.
In addition to her experience in the field, Pat has travelled extensively through Europe and has joined numerous cruises. Pat enjoys making the life-long dreams of her clients come true.

Debbie Muir is the newest member of our team.  She organizes group Motorcoach tours as well as domestic and International tours and cruises for Tally Ho Vacations. Debbie is back in the travel industry after spending 9 years in  the banking and finance industry.  She has worked for Lake Cable Travel in Ohio as an Assistant Vice President and opened the Citrus Travel Agency as Manager in 1998.  Debbie is a Master Cruise Counselor through CLIA      (Cruise Lines International Assoc.)  and has experience with travel writing for Outbound Traveler Magazine and our local Green Belt under "Debbie's Travel Corner".  Debbie has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean and Africa.

Bea Hunn, Administrative Assistant brings with her an arsenal of talents which compliment her role with Tally Ho Vacations. A seasoned travel writer and photographer, Bea brings 20 years of experience in the profession, and has herself traveled extensively to over 36 countries and on 65 cruises. Ms. Hunn, together with her late husband, Max, has had over 2,000 travel articles and photos published in travel magazines and journals, such as Cruise Travel Magazine, Recommend, and in the past wrote extensively for the State of Florida Division of Tourism. Prior to her service in the travel industry, Bea was employed by General Electric in Schenectady, NY, where she worked in customer service for Fortune 500 companies; and also for a few years in the banking industry.

Ella Floyde, Receptionist, is the friendly voice you hear on the phone and the first person you see when you walk into Tally Ho's office.  She takes the trip reservations and collects the money on day trips and overnights.  You will also, if you're lucky, have the pleasure of her company as your escort on various trips.  Before joining Tally Ho, she and her late husband, Bill, were fixtures in the Share Club office and escorted many trips.  She is looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
